Bruce Gernand has been working with digital modelling for about ten years starting with a major commission for the Cass Sculpture Foundation, realizing one of the largest digital castings to date. His concern is to ground the digital in material production. Gernand is currently Research Fellow at Central St Martins College of Art, where he was previously Head of sculpture.
